Enneagram (RHETI)official elsewhere
The Enneagram Institute's test of nine types.
What it is
The Enneagram describes nine personality types. The Riso-Hudson Enneagram Type Indicator is The Enneagram Institute's test: 144 paired statements, taking about forty minutes. It is bought from the institute.
From The Enneagram Institute.
Why people like it
It speaks about motive, about why you do what you do, and many people find their type uncomfortably accurate.
Worth keeping in mind
The Enneagram comes from a teaching tradition and has far less published research behind it than the Big Five.
